Guangzhou Basic Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. established in 1998, was the first company to provide central air conditioning metering and heating metering services in China. General Manager Mr. Tan Wensheng was personally selected as a director of the China Instrument Society, vice president of the Guangzhou Instrument Society, a leading scientific and technological talent in the Guangzhou Development Zone, and the winner of the Nanshan Award of the 5th Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Alliance;

He was hired as a member of the National Urban Heating Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC455), a WTO/TBT notification review expert and a heat meter expert of the WTO/TBT Notification Coordination Committee, a member of the Guangdong Energy Measurement and Testing Standardization Technical Committee (GD/TC72), an executive director of the Guangdong Measurement and Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association, an expert in major administrative decision-making demonstration of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, a standardization expert in the Guangzhou Development Zone, and a visiting professor of the School of Automation of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University.

1.The laboratory of BASIC CONTROLS was met the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories " (CNAAS-CLO1 "Accreditation Criteria for Testing and Calibration Laboratories") and was authorized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. 2.BASIC CONTROLS was granted 6 patents, including 2 invention patents, 3 appearance patents and 1 utility model patent; the patent numbers are ZL201811248727.6, ZL202311772008.5, ZL202330788891.1, ZL202430032115.3 ZL202430032167.0, ZL202420124777.8.

2023

1.BASIC CONTROLS won the bid for the flow instrument procurement project of Panyu District Water Affairs Co.,Ltd. 2.BASIC CONTROLS won the bid for the smart water meter procurement project of Zhongcun Water Affairs Division from year 2022 to 2024 3.BASIC CONTROLS' software（Water Consumption Management Software V2.0） has got the computer software copyright registration certificate issued by the National Copyright Administration of the People's Republic of China.

2022

1.BASIC CONTROLS won the Second Chairman unit of the Measurement and Control Technology and Equipment Application Promotion Association of Guangdong Province. 2.BASIC CONTROLS has won 9 credit certificates including "Enterprise Credit Rating Certificate, Quality Service Integrity Unit Certificate, Quality Oriented And Trustworthy Unit Certificate, and Service Oriented And Trustworthy Unit Certificate". 3.BASIC CONTROLS was granted 8 patents, including 3 appearance patents and 5 utility model patent; the patent numbers are ZL202130781566.3, ZL202130782255.9, ZL202230189748.6, ZL202123453708.7, ZL202220794481. 8 ZL2022218326208, ZL2022304470919, ZL 202221832619.5

2021

1. General Manager Tan Wensheng was elected as the vice chairman of Guangzhou Instrumentation & Control Society. 2.BASIC CONTROLS was granted 3 patents, including 1 appearance patents and 2 utility model patent; the patent numbers are ZL202021687588.X, ZL202030566990.1, ZL202022479759.6 3.Cloud-based energy management platform integrating NB-IOT passed the registration of scientific and technological achievements of Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and obtained the certificate.

2018

1. BASIC CONTROLS was invited to compile the latest 《Heat meter》National Standard and latest National Metrological Verification Regulation of《Heat meter》. 2.Gained 《EU MID certificate (No: TCM 311 /17-5523) 》, becoming one of the few heat meter manufactures obtaining this certificate. 3.General manager Wilson Tam was invited to assume as Notifications and Comments expert of National Metering Industry WTO/TBT and expert of Panels of WTO/TBT Coordination Committee.

2017

1.General manager Wilson Tam gained Nanshan Award of Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Union. 2.《Energy Management System》obtained The China Smart Building TOP Brand Prize for four consecutive years. 3. Ultrasonic heat meter had passed the durability test for three consecutive years (from 2014 to 2016).

2016

1.Obtained the title of Guangzhou Municipal Enterprise Technology Center. 2.《Stereo Ultrasonic Heat Meter》was identified as new product appraisal by Guangdong Machinery Association and Guangzhou Instruments Association. 3.《Ultrasonic heat meter》acquired product certificate and product marking certificate for adopting international standard issued by Guangdong province. 4.《Ultrasonic heat meter》passed the National Random Inspection by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China for consecutive 5 years (2012-2016) and it is the only manufacturer in south China which passed the national random inspection for consecutive years.

2015

1.《Smart heating metering management system based on trustful enhancement technology》acquired science and technology second prize awarded by Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society and Science and Technology Achievement Award granted by China Instrument & Control Society. 2.Basic controls was deemed as Guangdong heating and cooling metering energy-saving engineering technology research center. 3.As the first enterprise representative, Basic controls participated in the national standard “heat meter” GB / T32224-2015.

2014

1. The achievement of 《Intelligent Energy-saving Valve Controlled Ultrasonic Heat Meter》 won the third prize of “2014 China (International) Sensor Innovation Competition Innovation Application Category” and the second prize of Science and Technology of Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society. 2.Obtained the “Technology Little Giant” enterprise certificate.

2013

1.The achievement of 《Ultrasonic Cold/ Heat Meter》obtained the third prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Award for Science and Technology Progress. 2.The achievement of《Automatic Calibration Device for Cold/Heat Mete Meter》 obtained the third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award. 3.The achievement of《Ultrasonic Cold/Heat Meter》 were identified as high-tech products in Guangdong Province.

2012

1.《VAV Central Air Conditioning Real-Time Billing System》passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal of Guangdong Science and Technology Department. 2.In cooperation with Tsinghua University, the energy-saving strategy and optimization algorithm are integrated into the AMR system, and it achieves excellent energy-saving effects.

2011

1.《Ultrasonic Cold/ Heat Meter》 obtain 《China Instrument and Meter Association Science and Technology Award》 and 《Excellent Product Award》 which respectively issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and China Instrument and Control Society respectively. 2.The “Heat Energy Measurement Automatic Detection System” jointly developed by the core members of Basic controls and the Guangdong Metrology Institute, which passed the appraisal and acceptance of scientific and technological achievements of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

2010

1.Launched Air condition energy-saving & control system. 2.Launched BACNET MS/TP, MODBUS, M-BUS network to make the measurement instrument compatible with BACnet and LonWorks systems.

2007-2009

1.The “Optic Interface Verification Device for Heat Meters” developed by Basic Contols and the Institute of Thermal Engineering of China Metrology Institute passed the acceptance test and was unanimously recognized by experts from the Chinese Academy of Metrology. 2.Take the lead in applying GPRS wireless meter reading technology to air conditioning billing system. 3.《Ultrasonic Flow Measuring Device》 obtained an invention patent, which marked the development of flow sensors come into the era of ultrasound. 4.《Method and Device of Controlling the Temperature Difference Between the Supply and the Return of the Central Air Conditioning》 obtained the invention patent and proposed a revolutionary new method for the energy saving of the central air conditioning system. 5.General Manager Wilson Tam was appointed as a member of the National Urban Heating Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC455). 6.Won the bid to provide Guangzhou TV Tower with smart energy management system.

2004-2006

1.The award of 《Central Air Conditioning Heat Meter Verification Device》 were designated by the China South Research Institute and the Guangzhou Energy Institute as the standard test bench for the heat meter manufacturers in the Guangdong Province, which providing scientific testing methods and basis for instruments calibration . 2.Passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. 3.Participated in compiling the national industry standard 《heat meter CJ128-2007》, which made the standard gradually meet the European standards. 4.《ACM Central Air Conditioning Cold Meter Cooling Energy Control Device》 was approved as the first Building Energy-saving Product in Shenzhen (see Shenzhen Construction Bureau, Shen Jianke『2006』No. 1 Document).

2000-2003

1.Recognized as "software enterprise” by The National Ministry of Information Industry. 2.Recognized as a “high-tech enterprise” by the Guangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Committee. 3.Participated in compiling the National Metrological Verification Regulations《Heat meter JJG225-2001》, providing legal basis for heat meter verification for metrological verification institutions at all levels. 4.The use of central air-conditioning metering and charging system in Shenzhen Jiahui New town has completely eliminated the dissatisfaction of tenants and owners on charging fee by area, and promoted the sale of real estate. 5.Participated in compiling the national industry standard《Technical Requirements of Utility Meters Data Transmission CJ/T188-2004》, which mainly solves the compatibility problem of household meters communication. 6.Launched M-BUS structure management mode.

1999

1."Centralized Heating Metering Device" gained a utility model patent, marking the beginning of the Research and development of heat meter. 2.The central air-conditioning metering and charging system was firstly used in the project of Shenzhen Film Building. It adopted household metering, charging through Internet and centralized management, which set a precedent by measuring and billing based on actual usage.

1998

1.Became the first enterprise in China with the ability to R&D and manufacture the 5 metering products，such as gas meter, water meter, electric meter,cold/heat meter energy meter. 2.Became the first enterprise that producing complete air-conditioning electric valve products in China, and provide ODM and OEM services.
